The 11th Hour Project in Menlo Park is seeking an experienced Program Manager for its Energy Program. You will shape strategy, identify opportunities for transformational change, and develop grant recommendations to advance renewable energy with strong community benefits.

You will coordinate with the Program Director and Board, manage grants, and foster partnerships across diverse organizations while maintaining compliance and impact tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent education.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with environmental policy and nonprofit administration is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Define and manage program strategy for a defined area with a clear theory of change.
• Develop grant recommendations to achieve objectives.
• Present grant strategy to Executive Director and Board.
• Maintain grant files, evaluations and metrics.
