Qualifications

• Typically Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics, or Taxation, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with relational database.
• Knowledge of environmental finance and financial statements interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Track, review, and input annual operating budgets, quarterly financial statements, and annual audits into internal data systems.
• Provide financial performance analysis, risk assessment support, operational performance analysis, and compliance monitoring for RETC investments and loans.
• Critically interpret data and input into U.S. Bank data fields for further analysis.
• Act as front-line contact with customers and partners to coordinate information requests and reporting.
• Communicate financial, compliance, and operational performance to the Environmental Finance Asset Management team.
