Job summary

Fieldale Farms is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee plant operations and train new employees in safety protocols.

You will manage staff, ensure compliance with company policies, complete Daily Production workbooks in Excel, and coordinate with the plant manager on additional tasks and training.

This role requires flexible day or night shifts, strong communication skills, and a valid driver's license.

Requirements

• Able to work days or nights with flexibility
• MS office, excel, word and outlook skills desired
• unrestricted physical activities
• Maintenance background is a plus
• Effective written and oral communication skills and problem solving skills desired
• Valid state issued drivers license and reliable transportation
