Case Farms, Inc. in Farmerville, Louisiana is seeking a reliable general labor team member to support rendering operations. You will assist the rendering crew, operate or learn to operate heavy equipment, and help maintain safety and GMP standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, basic math for load sheets, and the ability to work in hot or cold environments. Training will cover forklift, skid steer, Sky track equipment, and trailer loading tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn and safely operate rendering equipment and vehicles.
• Ability to complete basic math tasks for load sheets.
• Ability to work effectively in hot or cold environments.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Previous experience operating heavy equipment preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily cleaning duties as part of routine responsibilities.
• Climb stairs or ladders as required for loading and operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Rendering Management.

Responsibilities And Tasks

• Follow all company safety procedures and GMP standards at all times.


• Assist in rendering operations, working with operations and maintenance teams.


• Operate or learn to operate an 18-wheeler and backup trailer.


• Operate a fork truck, Sky track fork truck, and skid steer.


• Load and unload trailers including fat tankers, blood tankers, open top, and hopper bottom trailers.


• Complete basic mathematical calculations for load sheets.


• Perform daily cleaning duties as part of routine responsibilities.


• Climb stairs or ladders as required for loading and operations.


• Perform other duties as assigned by Rendering Management.

Physical Requirements
