Progeny Human Resource Solutions is seeking Registered Nurse candidates for the Renal Vascular department to provide high-quality patient care in a full-time role in Florida. The position emphasizes data collection, advocacy within an interdisciplinary team, and ensuring safe, efficient care.

The RN will assess patient data, educate patients and families about medications and procedures, and support care plans with attention to safety and resource use. Florida licensure required.

Qualificações

• Must have 1 year of recent Acute Care RN experience within the last 2 years.
• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required; compact license holders have 60 days to obtain Florida license after relocation.
• Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred.
• BLS (AHA Healthcare provider) required prior to start.
• NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Registered Nurse
• Registered Nurse Diploma

Responsabilidades

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation
• Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team
• Analyze the assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues
• Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation
• Act as an advocate for patient safety.
• Ensure effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment.
• Educate patients regarding their medications, procedure and treatments, providing patients and their families with support throughout their stay.
