Fresenius Medical Care seeks a Registered Dietitian to provide nutrition education and individualized care for in-center and home patients. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to optimize nutritional status and outcomes.

Responsibilities include diet prescription calculation, monthly lab review, and ongoing counseling to address malnutrition risk and disease management. Prior renal experience is preferred, and state licensure where applicable.

Formación

• Minimum of 1-year professional work experience in clinical nutrition as a Registered Dietitian.
• Renal experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership competencies and skills including teaching, organization, communication, and teamwork.
• Basic computer skills; licensure as applicable in the state.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses patient knowledge on diet and kidney disease and educates accordingly.
• Develops individualized nutrition plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Calculates diet prescriptions and documents progress in medical records.
• Reviews labs and monitors albumin and weight monthly; adjusts therapy as needed.
