Job summary

Qualifications

• Program Graduate, Licensed Practical Nurse (Required).
• 1 year nursing experience (Preferred).
• LPN license through Virginia Department of Health Professions upon Hire (Required).
• CPR/BLS certification (Required).

Responsibilities

• Accurately completes clinical documentation consistently per Riverside Medical Group standards.
• Provides patient education about medications and follow-up.
• Answers telephone calls from patients and providers and communicates lab/pathology results.
• Performs pre-authorization for prescriptions, procedures, and tests to ensure proper reimbursement.
• Collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to support patient care.
