Job Title: YLM22H - REMS Project Manager

The REMS Project Manager oversees large-scale projects related to Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS). Responsibilities include project planning, management, vendor coordination, monitoring, documentation, scheduling, and leading project team meetings. The PM ensures workstream plans are executed efficiently, delivered on time and within budget, and provides updates for internal and external reporting. The PM also enforces adherence to project charters and governance rules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage large-scale REMS projects from conception to operation.
• Develop project timelines, ensure milestones are met, and address warning signs.
• Maintain documentation and records, manage shared email communications, and update clients on non-compliances and CAPAs.
• Track client decisions, collect assessment data, and coordinate meetings with clients and vendors.
• Schedule project activities and lead meetings with agendas and presentation slides.
• Communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, and ensure project delivery on time and budget.
• Coordinate internal and external project resources and enforce governance rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility: None

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, nursing, or related field.
• Experience with REMS and pharmacovigilance.
• Client management experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
