Absolute Dental Services Inc. is seeking a dependable Removables Dental Technician to join our Durham, NC team. The role focuses on finishing, contouring, and polishing digital and traditional dentures and partials, along with repairs and relines.

The right candidate will have attention to detail, strong manual dexterity, and the ability to produce quality cases within turnaround times. Training available for newcomers and opportunities to learn advanced removable workflows.

Qualifications

• Previous dental laboratory experience, preferably in removable prosthetics.
• Experience finishing dentures and partials is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of acrylic finishing, contouring, polishing, and repair techniques.
• Familiarity with dentures, partials, repairs, relines, bite rims, Essix appliances, and nightguards.

Responsibilities

• Finish, contour, smooth, and polish digital and traditional full dentures.
• Finish and polish acrylic, flexible, and other removable partial dentures.
• Finish 3D-printed dentures and removable appliances; remove print supports.
• Perform final contouring of gingival areas and borders.
• Complete denture and partial repairs, relines, and adjustments; fabricate bite rims and retainers.
