Job Description

A customer is seeking a fully remote z/OS Systems Programmer.

1. Installation, testing, and implementation of new operating systems and other system software.
2. Maintenance and debugging of systems software, coordination with other technical teams (CICS, Database, Network, Hardware/Storage).
3. Monitoring and tuning of systems software.
4. Use of z/OS components and detailed knowledge of support products such as tape management, scheduling, security, monitoring systems, and other z/OS supporting systems software.
5. We are not looking for an application programmer.
6. Can pay $60-65/h.
