List25 is seeking a Script Writer & Editor to own the words that drive our videos. You’ll research topics, craft punchy scripts, and edit for maximum engagement, watching for hooks and retention throughout each piece.

You will collaborate with our production team on titles, thumbnails, and pacing notes, revising scripts based on performance data to continuously improve audience engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience writing scripts for YouTube; please include channel links or samples.
• Master of the hook: intros that prevent scrolling away.
• Deep understanding of retention, with loops, payoffs, and pattern interrupts.
• Fast, clean writer who meets deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Sharp editor; concise writing with a purpose.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit engaging scripts for list-style YouTube videos (800-5,000 words)
• Craft irresistable intros that hook viewers in the first 30 seconds
