Our dynamic Law Office is seeking a passionate, dependable, and charismatic Experienced Attorney to join our legal team. Our firm is committed to providing the best legal services to our clients, primarily in immigration law, including:

  • Removal proceedings
  • USCIS Asylum Petitions
  • Family-Based Petitions
  • AOS interviews
  • Work permits

We are seeking a Remote Writing Attorney to represent clients in immigration legal proceedings. The ideal candidate will have experience in writing motions, appeals, briefs (including 9th circuit and BIA), and reviewing USCIS applications to ensure readiness for submission. This position is fully remote, requiring someone with substantial legal writing experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct detailed reviews of client-submitted drafts, ensuring clarity and legal accuracy.
  2. Assess evidence compilations and verify forms for compliance with USCIS guidelines.
  3. Collaborate with team members to finalize legal documents and provide actionable feedback.
  4. Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
  5. Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
  6. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law.

Required Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • 2+ years of experience in immigration law, especially in writing-intensive case types.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality, persuasive legal writing.

Familiarity with various legal documents and procedures is essential. The candidate should be proactive, resourceful, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
