Job summary

Asure Wound Solutions in the Chicago area is seeking a Clinical Specialist, Wound Care Supplies. This remote position requires you to live in the Chicago area and have experience in nursing homes or long-term care facilities, with the ability to drive up to 2 hours. Starting salary is $75,000/yr.

Qualifications

Active nursing license (RN) in Illinois.
At least 3 years nursing experience in nursing homes or long-term care facilities.
Wound care certification preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must live in the Chicago area and be able to drive up to 2 hours.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical expertise and support to nursing homes and long-term care facilities in wound care management.
Develop and implement wound care plans with interdisciplinary team.
Educate and train nursing home staff on wound care techniques and equipment usage.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely wound care.
Monitor and document wound progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Stay updated on best practices and new developments in wound care.
