Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in janitorial or cleaning roles preferred.
• Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for transportation to work locations.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain workspaces, including desks, offices, and common areas.
• Dispose of waste and recycling materials in accordance with company policies.
• Restock and maintain supplies such as paper, pens, and cleaning materials.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as fixing minor plumbing or electrical issues.
• Ensure that all workspaces are free of hazards and comply with safety regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of workspaces to identify areas needing improvement.
• Assist in organizing and participating in company-wide clean-up events.
• Report any maintenance or cleaning issues to the appropriate personnel.
