• Spiritual maturity and commitment to Christian lifestyle and ministry values; biblical understanding.
• Diplomacy, patience, and courtesy with diverse groups; maintain professional relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication to leadership, colleagues, employees, and families.
• Computer proficiency with Google Suites and Microsoft Office; learn new technology.
• Must have active state driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Makes regular visits to company worksites to interact with employees and build relationships.
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions; coordinate for specialized assistance.
• Assist in planning or attending funerals; provide post-termination care when needed.
• Provide literature and resources to assist employees with life issues.
• Represent marketplace chaplains to clients where appropriate.
