Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Specialist, Workforce Management to support forecasting, scheduling, analysis, and reporting to maintain service levels at or above agreed targets.

The role includes developing training materials, validating WFM data, and collaborating with teams to optimize staffing and efficiency. This position is remote with the Indianapolis area as a focus for workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Four+ years experience in a contact center environment with at least one year in workforce management forecasting and scheduling.
• Experience writing and implementing reporting requirements is desirable.
• Strong collaboration and compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Run and review forecasts, headcount needs, and analysis to ensure accurate scheduling.
• Validate WFM data and reports.
• Meet forecast accuracy goals and adjust schedules as needed.
• Manage multiple queues and routing to meet service levels.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and scorecards for business use.
• Create training materials and document policies.
