Manning Kass seeks a Workers’ Compensation Litigation Associate to join our team and handle a broad range of workers’ compensation matters. The role involves defending employers and insurers, collaborating with lead attorneys, and participating in all phases of litigation—from case evaluation to board hearings.

Formación

• Strong analytical skills essential for case evaluation and strategy.
• Excellent legal research and writing abilities.
• Outstanding communication, advocacy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently and in teams.
• Active California Bar license is required or in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a diverse range of workers’ compensation cases, from evaluation to discovery and hearings.
• Defend employers and insurers in workers’ compensation matters.
• Collaborate with lead attorneys daily and with the team.
• Participate in all phases of litigation, including hearings before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board.
• Proactively communicate with clients throughout the litigation process.
