• Negotiate settlements, liens, and other workers' compensation disputes.
• Develop case strategies and communicate directly with clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues while maintaining organized files and deadlines.

Location

Remote – Nationwide. Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely while handling California workers' compensation matters. Occasional travel to California for hearings, client meetings, and required in-person events is necessary.

Note

Applicants must have an active California Bar license and 1+ years of California workers' compensation experience. Workers' compensation defense experience is preferred, but qualified attorneys with applicant-side experience are also encouraged to apply.
