Sedgwick in Florida is seeking a dedicated Claims Adjuster - Workers' Compensation to analyze and adjudicate claims for clients across industries. This remote-friendly, full-time role requires FL licensure and a strong understanding of state workers' comp rules.

You will work with clients and claimants, negotiate settlements, and ensure timely resolution in line with service standards. Ideal candidates bring 4 years of claims management experience, a HS diploma or GED, and a willingness to grow

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Professional certification relevant to line of business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims through well-developed action plans to reach timely resolution.
• Negotiate settlement of claims within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity and processing with the claimant and the client.
• Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to directions professionally and timely.
