Qualifications

• Education & Licensing: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred; Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.
• Experience: 4 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Licensing: FL required.
• Jurisdiction Knowledge: FL, AZ, TN.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing claims through action plans to determine exposure and settle timely.
• Negotiating settlement within designated authority.
• Communicating claim activity with claimant and client.
• Reporting claims to the excess carrier and responding to directions promptly.
