BCG Attorney Search is seeking a compassionate Workers' Compensation Applicant Attorney to advocate for injured workers across California. This hybrid role, based in Orange County, offers the flexibility to work remotely while making a significant impact on clients' lives.

You will represent applicants in all stages of claims, conduct client interviews, gather documentation, and negotiate settlements. California Bar membership and a JD from an accredited law school are required.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• 1-2 years of experience representing applicants in workers' compensation cases preferred.
• Strong advocacy and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent injured workers in all stages of their workers' compensation claims.
• Conduct client interviews and gather necessary documentation.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in hearings.
• Collaborate with medical professionals and other stakeholders to support clients' cases.
