Qualifications

• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and processes complex or technically difficult general liability claims, investigates and gathers information to determine exposure.
• Manages the litigation process for timely and cost-effective resolution.
• Coordinates vendor referrals for additional investigation or litigation management.
• Leads team meetings and assigns accountability for follow-up items.
• Gathers information for team meetings and provides feedback to hiring manager.
• May supervise up to three direct reports.
