Qualifications

• Education & Licensing: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.
• Experience: 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Licensing / Jurisdiction Knowledge: OR

Responsabilités

• Analyzing and processing workers' compensation claims to determine benefits due and adjudicate within service expectations.
• Negotiating settlements within designated authority and communicating activity to claimants and clients.
• Reporting claims to excess carriers and responding to directions professionally and timely.
