Qualifications

• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Licensing/Jurisdiction knowledge: CO, AZ, UT.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process workers’ compensation claims to determine benefits and exposure.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with the claimant and client.
• Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to directions in a timely manner.
