Sedgwick is seeking a driven Claims Examiner for Workers Compensation with NE jurisdiction experience, offering a US telecommuter role. You will adjudicate complex claims, determine benefits, and maintain service expectations across a broad client base.

You will collaborate within Sedgwick’s global network, leverage flexible work arrangements, and pursue ongoing professional development while supporting a diverse client portfolio.

Formación

• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• HS diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and process workers' compensation claims to determine exposure and resolve within service expectations.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with claimants and clients.
• Report claims to excess carriers and respond to directions professionally and timely.
