Job summary

Questpro, in partnership with a leading claims management firm, seeks a Workers' Compensation Adjuster to handle MN and SD claims. This fully remote role offers broad exposure and the chance to be the voice behind claims as you manage investigations and settlements across the U.S.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, under the Claims Supervisor, using advanced software to document files, negotiate with claimants and attorneys, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of current workers' compensation adjusting experience.
• Handling a full indemnity desk (or majority indemnity) is required; medical-only adjusters will not be considered.
• Litigation experience is required.
• Proven ability to manage caseloads of 110+ files.
• Experience with Minnesota and South Dakota jurisdiction; MN is primary.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate claims with thorough investigations and well-supported determinations.
• Administer end-to-end claims processes in compliance with guidelines and protocols.
• Negotiate resolutions with claimants, attorneys, and physicians to settle cost-effectively.
• Maintain complete, current, accurate claim files.
• Collaborate with clients, counsel, and medical professionals for optimal resolutions.
• Analyze trends to improve processes and service quality.
