Our client is searching for a Workday Solution Architect for a temp-to-perm position that can be worked remotely. All candidates must work directly for TEKsystems on a W2 basis before converting to full-time employment; no sponsorship is available. The position will convert to a salary of around $150,000 annually.

The Workday Solution Architect will design, implement, and maintain Workday solutions, collaborating with functional leads, business users, and external vendors. Responsibilities include managing integrations, reports, dashboards, and system upgrades, providing technical leadership, and ensuring solutions meet organizational needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as a subject matter expert on Workday technical aspects, including integrations and Adaptive Insights.
  • Designing and overseeing technical implementations.
  • Leading and mentoring the technical team.
  • Managing Workday releases and upgrades.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop solutions.
  • Gathering requirements and leading testing efforts.
  • Developing technical documentation.
  • Leading integrations, reports, and dashboards development.
  • Conducting testing and debugging.
  • Recommending process improvements.
  • Providing system expertise to optimize business processes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years in technical leadership roles involving Workday or similar platforms.
  • Expertise in Workday integrations, reporting, and troubleshooting, with tools like Workday Studio, EIB, BIRT, etc.
  • Understanding of Workday security models, data architecture, and Adaptive Insights.

Preferred:

  • Certifications in Workday modules.
  • Experience with Java, Talend, Postman, and BI reporting tools.

The pay rate is $80-$90/hr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation, and PTO. This is a fully remote position, with an application deadline of May 23, 2025.
