Dexian, a leading technology and staffing firm, is seeking a seasoned project management contractor to support Talent Management initiatives. This 100% remote role accepts candidates nationwide and follows EST business hours, with hourly pay between $53 and $56 on W2.

You will manage Workday workstreams, develop plans, track metrics, and coordinate readiness, testing, and go-live activities. Strong communication, governance, and risk-management skills are a must to drive program success.

Formación

• Workday implementations experience.
• MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word proficiency.
• Agile project delivery experience.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage project plans, metrics, and resource tracking.
• Oversee delivery from planning through execution.
• Track progress against timelines and manage risks.
• Report status at team and program levels.
• Escalate issues and drive mitigation actions.
• Support readiness, testing, and go-live planning.
• Present updates in team and program meetings.
