Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks a Workday Performance Module Consultant to serve as a SME for performance management. This remote contract role will configure and optimize Workday performance processes, partner with stakeholders to define future-state workflows, and deliver reporting to enable data-driven decisions.

The consultant will document configurations, support release testing, and ensure compliance related to performance data.

Qualifications

Strong Workday Performance module configuration experience across talent, marketplace, skills, and performance.
Clear communication and business analysis skills.
Proficiency with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and BIRT.
Familiarity with OKRs and continuous feedback models.
Stakeholder engagement and change management experience.
Strong documentation and training abilities.
Experience with AI enablement tools (Claude, Gemini, GPT, Co-Pilot, Cursor).

Responsibilities

Serve as SME for Workday Performance Management, including goal setting and performance reviews.
Configure and maintain performance-related business processes in Workday.
Analyze current practices and recommend improvements aligned with goals.
Gather requirements with HR, leaders and IT for scalable configurations.
Lead workshops to define future-state workflows and UX.
Provide guidance on best practices and Workday capabilities.
Document configurations, processes, and user guides.
Support Workday releases via testing, changes, and end-user training.
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations on performance data.
Build dashboards/reports using Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and BIRT.
Monitor metrics and trends to support data-driven decisions.
