Job summary
Connect Centric, LLC. is seeking a Workday Integration and Support Engineer to optimize and support Workday Financials, HCM, Payroll, Planning, and related systems.
You will collaborate with Finance, IT, HR, vendors, and partners to maintain operations, resolve issues, and implement practical system improvements. You will design and support integrations using Workday Studio, Orchestrate, and various data connectors, while ensuring data accuracy, security, and reliable reporting.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Workday integrations.
- Experience with Workday Studio and Orchestrate for integrations and workflows.
- Strong understanding of Core Connectors and external system integrations.
- Proficiency with data formats and integration tools (RaaS, APIs, SFTP, XML, XSLT, XPath).
- Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes and production support.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and troubleshoot Workday integrations using Workday Studio and Orchestrate.
- Support connector-based integrations and data flows across systems.
- Improve reliability, monitoring, and documentation for integrations.
- Triage incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate deployments.
- Create and maintain Workday reports, security, and data extracts.
