Job summary

Meridian Partners is seeking a Workday Financials Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for public sector clients. This senior role blends deep Workday Financials expertise with delivery leadership and executive presence to guide large implementations.

You will shape scalable designs, drive workshops, and ensure solutions are auditable and sustainable, while mentoring consultants and contributing to the growth of Meridian's Workday practice within a fully remote US-based environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Workday Financials or ERP delivery experience.
• Public sector implementation experience — state/local government, K‑12, or federal.
• Active Workday Implementer Certifications — at least two, with Record to Report required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Workday Financials architecture for multiple clients.
• Lead architecture workshops, guiding scalable designs and best practices.
• Partner with Finance, IT, HR, Payroll and governance stakeholders for alignment.
• Act as the client-facing architect in executive reviews and decisions.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to practice growth and accelerators.
