Job summary

Knowledge Services is seeking a Workday Financial Systems Analyst for a full-time role. This position offers 100% remote work and reports to the Corporate Finance-Systems team, providing primary support for Financial Accounting and Supplier Accounts within Workday Financials.

You will lead issue resolution, apply enhancements, write regression test scenarios for biannual Workday releases, and collaborate with IT during daily scrums to ensure proper controls and secure access for new users.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3+ years of Workday Financials experience
• Must have experience with Financial Accounting and Supplier Accounts
• Workday Pro certifications preferred
• Bachelor's and/or master's degree in accounting/finance
• Experience writing test scenarios for a system implementation and/or system upgrades/releases
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals
• Good understanding of internal controls
• Strong written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Work with Corporate Finance-Systems team to support Workday Financials.
• Serve as the primary support person for Financial Accounting and Supplier Accounts.
• Assist users with system/process questions and security role assignments.
• Lead regression testing for biannual Workday releases and develop test scenarios.
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams; participate in daily scrums.
