Job summary

A private equity-backed organisation is seeking an Integration Engineer to support the integration of core ERP systems as part of a broader transformation programme. You'll design, build, and maintain workflows between systems while modernising existing architectures. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workato, and SAP ECC6, and understand API integrations. This is a remote position with occasional travel to Germany.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience working with Workato or similar integration platforms.
• Direct experience working with SAP ECC6.
• Experience integrating Epicor System 10.

A private equity-backed organisation is seeking a Workato Integration Engineer to support the integration of core ERP systems as part of a broader transformation programme.

The successful consultant will play a key role in designing, building and maintainingintegrations between enterprise systems, ensuring reliable data flow across the ERP landscape while modernising existing integration architecture where required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain integrations between the Workato platform and core ERP systems across the organisation.
• Manage and optimise existing integrations between Mercado and the wider ERP estate, ensuring stability and performance.
• Refactor or rebuild legacy integrations where necessary to improve reliability, scalability and maintainability.
• Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to ensure integrations support critical operational processes.
• Contribute to modernisation initiatives where integrations may need to be rebuilt using Azure-based services.

Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience working with Workato or similar integration platforms.
• Demonstrable experience integrating ERP systems within complex enterprise environments.
• Direct experience working with SAP ECC6.
• Experience integrating Epicor System 10.
• Strong understanding of API-based integrations and enterprise integration architecture.
• Experience working with Azure Logic Functions / Azure-based APIs.
• Background modernising legacy integrations or migrating integration architecture to Azure services.
• Experience working in large or multi-system ERP environments.
