Remote work: Wellness Health Coach- RN/RD/CHES job at Sentara. Doral, FL.

Status Full-Time permanent position (40 hours)

Standard working hours 8am to 5pm EST, M-F

Location This is an on-site role located in Fort Lauderdale Beach to work with our client, Marriott Corporate. The role requires traveling within a one-mile radius of three Fort Lauderdale Beach properties (Harbor Beach Marriott, W Fort Lauderdale Beach, Ritz Carlton Fort Lauderdale Beach).

Job Profile Summary Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and evaluating health education programs, which are based on behavioral objectives with defined measurable outcomes. Responsible for providing quality services and programs to meet identified needs of targeted populations of different learning abilities. Responsible for maintaining knowledge of national preventive health issues and strategies in order to function as a resource in the areas of preventive health, health maintenance, and health promotion.

  • Business Acumen- Previous Experience REQUIRED

  • Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) or other health education based certification through the National Wellness Institute, Wellness Councils of America, Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Nurse (RN) REQUIRED
