Responsibilities include:

1. Promptly contact exclusive in-house leads to answer questions and provide product information.
2. Prepare engaging presentations for clients.
3. Assist clients in applying for coverage and support them through underwriting.
4. Follow up on pending business requirements.
5. Participate in training and mentorship programs to learn our sales systems.
6. Attend Zoom meetings and conference calls with team members.
7. Engage in professional development, including in-person national and local conferences when available.

Requirements:

1. Hold or be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License in your state. Assistance is available if needed.
2. Have consistent access to a computer with internet.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Passion for helping others.
5. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, self-motivation, growth mindset, and integrity.
6. Be coachable, willing to learn, and adaptable to feedback.
