Qualifications

• 7+ years in application/infrastructure support
• Hands-on WMOS/WMS production experience
• Strong Linux/Unix CLI and log analysis
• Proficient in SQL for troubleshooting
• Experience with cron jobs, deployments, and environment support
• Familiar with WMS integrations and warehouse transactions
• Solid incident management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform WMS app restarts after configuration changes
• Deploy Jasper reports, labels, and configuration files across WMS nodes
• Perform SDN updates; create ADC alerts via Manhattan Management Console
• Manage SCI report schedules via the IBM Cognos SCI portal
• Enable diagnostic logging via CLI; gather logs and submit cases via the THRU portal
• Monitor nodes for stuck processes and resolve or escalate
• Analyze application logs to troubleshoot UI failures and performance issues
• Set up Manhattan Billing connections between WMS and billing servers
• Configure cron jobs and scheduled processes
• Configure and test MHE endpoints: DIF logging and load balancer config
• Troubleshoot PIX transactions, Inv605 failures, and PIX Schedule Export
• Troubleshoot MIP, MDA, and WM app loading errors during builds/deployments
• Investigate wave/allocation failures via logs and run SQL to pinpoint impacted orders/items
