The role involves partnering with technical teams to ensure WMIs are integrated properly, thorough documentation, and mentoring of junior staff. Independent work with minimal supervision is expected, including occasional after-hours support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of related technical work experience.
• Relevant technical certificates are a plus.
• Experience with iSeries/RPG programming is a plus.
• 3+ years implementing, configuring, and supporting Manhattan’s iSeries-based WMi solution.
• Experience developing product extensions and interfaces for proper system integration.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to mentor less experienced team members.
• Willing to support off-hours work including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure WMIs are integrated properly.
• Provide independent ownership of assignments with minimal supervision.
• Mentor junior developers on programming and testing techniques.
• Document technical processes clearly for maintainability.
