What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer-facing role focused on acquisition and/or retention
- Must reside in North Carolina, specifically in or near Charlotte Metro, Raleigh/Durham metro, Winston-Salem, or Greensboro
- High school diploma or GED
- Flexibility to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays
- A smartphone/device with an active network connection and a suitable home workspace setup
