Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Windchill Integration Developer to design, build, and operate integrations connecting Windchill with ERP, MES, CAD, and other systems. You will own the technical integration layer and mentor junior engineers, ensuring durable, well-documented solutions.

The role requires deep Windchill integration experience, strong patterns knowledge, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into scalable integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of PLM integration experience with a focus on Windchill.
• Hands-on experience with Info*Engine and Windchill Java API.
• Experience designing PLM-to-ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle).
• Strong knowledge of CAD integration patterns.
• Experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, OIC, or SAP CPI.
• Strong SQL skills and Windchill data model familiarity.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services.
• Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Windchill–ERP integrations using Info*Engine, web services, and middleware.
• Build CAD integrations for Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Catia, NX with Windchill.
• Develop integrations between Windchill and MES, MOM, and quality systems.
• Build REST and SOAP services for Windchill data.
• Implement message-based and event-driven integrations using middleware.
• Design robust error handling, alerts, and resubmission patterns.
• Profile and optimize high-volume integrations for throughput and latency.
• Lead migration from legacy point-to-point to middleware patterns.
• Collaborate with PLM, ERP, CAD teams to align integrations with business processes.
• Develop integration docs, message specs, and runbooks.
• Provide hands-on post-go-live support and durable fixes.
• Mentor junior engineers through code/design reviews.
• Evaluate emerging integration tools and make recommendations.
