Job summary

LETS Therapy is seeking Wilson Level II Certified Instructors for intensive virtual reading intervention for Pennsylvania students in grades 6–12. Most students require two or three 60-minute sessions per week, building a steady caseload around your schedule.

Sessions may be scheduled 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., based on student availability. You can take one case, several, or a larger caseload. Independent contractor work with monthly payments and flexible caseload.

Qualifications

• Current Wilson Reading System Level II Certification.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Current Pennsylvania Child Abuse, Criminal Background, and FBI clearances.
• Experience providing intensive structured literacy intervention.
• Ability to provide engaging virtual lessons and commit to the student’s required frequency.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized or small group Wilson Reading instruction.
• Deliver advanced Wilson instruction based on each student’s needs.
• Collect data and monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and IEP teams.
• Complete service notes and progress documentation accurately and on time.
