Job summary

Epic Charter Schools is seeking an experienced WIDA Assessment Specialist to coordinate and execute WIDA-related assessments districtwide. The role is remote and focused on ELL testing across the district, with responsibilities spanning logistics, training, and material management.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree, ELL certification preferred, and experience with WIDA AMS. The position includes statewide travel and opportunities to support the Assessments & Curric department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; ELL Certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with English language learners is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with WIDA AMS is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute WIDA-related assessments districtwide.
• Plan logistics for ELL assessments, including scheduling, notifying teachers and families, and tracking.
• Complete test administration training and certifications; ensure staff qualifications.
• Manage district aspects of the WIDA AMS platform and test materials.
• Collaborate with ELL staff and return test materials to WIDA.
