Job summary

OhioHealth in Ohio is seeking an on-call, part-time Well-Being facilitator to support emotional health across hospitals. You will provide psychological first aid and group sessions for staff and patients while traveling to care sites as needed.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and high-quality care within a Well-Being Center framework, with on-call hours including weekends or nights and travel to Columbus and regional hospitals.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2–3 years of emotional support facilitation experience.
• Background in facilitating support groups and emotional processing.
• Additional training in Critical Incident Stress Management is desired but not required.
• 3–5 years of experience in supporting emotional or mental health and group facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical incident support and emotional first aid.
• Deliver mental health and well-being presentations and psychoeducation across sites.
• Maintain documentation of interventions in iCare and/or Well-Being Center EHR.
• Work within a High Reliability Organization focusing on safety, quality and efficiency.
