OhioHealth is seeking a part-time on-call Well-Being Center clinician to facilitate group and individual mental health sessions across the system, including critical incident support. You’ll work within a highly matrixed environment, documenting interventions and delivering psychoeducation to associates and providers.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of emotional/mental health experience, 2–3 years of facilitation, and a clinical background (ST/OT/BSN or equivalent).

Job Description Summary This position reports directly to the System Manager of the Well-Being Center and is responsible for facilitating small group and individual well-being sessions with providers and associates. This position will work in a highly matrixed environment and will be responsible for creating psychologically safe environments that will facilitate learning, healing, and processing of psychologically distressing events that occur in healthcare.
Maintains documentation of interventions in iCare and/or Well-Being Center EHR.
As a High Reliability Organization (HRO), responsibilities require focus on safety, quality and efficiency in performing job duties.
