EnthuZiastic is seeking a knowledgeable Freelance Weight & Strength Training Instructor to conduct virtual strength-based workout sessions. The role focuses on resistance training, bodyweight workouts, mobility, and functional strength delivered online.

You will demonstrate movements on camera, tailor plans for different fitness levels, and ensure safety through proper form and cues. A flexible remote role with emphasis on client progress is expected.

Competenze

• Certification from a recognized fitness body (ACE, ISSA, NASM, ACSM, K11, etc.)
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred but not mandatory
• Degree/diploma in Physical Education or Sports Science is an added advantage
• Prior experience in strength or resistance training instruction (online or offline)

Mansioni

• Conduct live online strength and conditioning sessions for individuals or small groups.
• Demonstrate exercises with correct posture, form, and breathing techniques.
• Create balanced workout sessions focusing on resistance training, body weight training, mobility & flexibility, and functional strength.
• Provide modifications based on client limitations, injuries, or fitness goals.
• Ensure safety guidelines for all movements, preventing strain or injury.
• Track client progress and offer guidance on consistency, recovery, and training habits.
• Prepare session plans, warm-up routines, and cool-down segments.
