The Investor’s Edge is hiring for an Evening & Weekend Sales Director to work from home. You will close high-ticket real estate education programs over the phone, dealing with pre-qualified leads and live transfers.

The role requires evening/weekend availability and offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions as part of an overall compensation plan. Base pay is $36,000 per year with full benefits; on-target earnings (OTE) reach $129,000+.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven B2C high-ticket phone sales with programs worth $3K+
• Experience closing deals over the phone with pre-qualified leads
• Must be proficient with CRMs; HubSpot is used by the team

Responsibilities

• Sell real estate education programs via phone to interested leads
• Work evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule
• Engage with pre-qualified appointments and live transfers; maintain pipeline with timely follow-ups
