Market My Market, a digital marketing agency focused on delivering SEO for legal, dental, and specialty medical clients, seeks a Website Development Project Manager. You will oversee website development projects and act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to deliver WordPress sites ready for recurring SEO campaigns.

The role emphasizes client onboarding, timeline management, cross-team coordination, and implementing client-requested WordPress changes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in digital marketing or web development.
• 3+ years hands-on WordPress experience including direct page updates.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for website updates and troubleshooting.
• Ability to make coding adjustments as needed.
• Proficiency with Asana or similar PM tools.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM.
• Strong client-facing experience and ability to manage expectations.
• Ability to work directly in WordPress admin for content updates, plugins, and basic customizations.
• Basic understanding of website development processes and digital marketing principles.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Proactively prompt clients for approvals and feedback to maintain momentum.
• Oversee website development projects from inception to launch.
• Create and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate resources across departments to meet requirements.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to stay on track.
• Make updates to WordPress websites and implement client-requested changes.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and coordinate with development for complex problems.
• Ensure sites meet quality standards before handoff.
• Utilize Asana to track progress and tasks.
• Develop and refine project management processes for efficiency.
• Create documentation for workflows and onboarding procedures.
• Facilitate internal meetings to align goals.
• Communicate with team and clients via HubSpot CRM.
