Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a seasoned backend engineer to join our Web3 security domain. You will design, implement, and optimize backend services, ensuring high performance and reliability across large-scale data workflows.

Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams, tackle data collection and processing, and help advance security threat detection through modern JVM-based architectures. Fluent English and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend development experience in blockchain/Web3 security or related domains.
• Proven ability to design and deliver complex backend systems at scale.
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL and NoSQL databases, with backend optimization experience.
• Experience with distributed systems, caching, queues (Kafka), service discovery, config mgmt.
• Experience with big data tools (Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Kafka, Elasticsearch).
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Participate in architecture design, development, and optimization of backend systems in the Web3 security domain.
• Maintain, migrate, and upgrade backend and security service systems to improve reliability.
• Design and implement new services collaborating with product managers and cross-functional teams.
• Improve security tooling and threat detection capabilities with operations teams.
• Work with analysts on data collection, cleaning, modeling, and analysis for security use cases.
• Design and implement backend and big data workflows for security and control scenarios.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders for smooth project execution.
