Job summary

CertiK, a leading Web3 security company, seeks a Web3 Licensing and Regulatory Compliance Specialist to support client delivery and regulatory service development.

You will work with InfoSec, Compliance, and CertiK specialists across cybersecurity, AML, product, and engineering to turn regulatory requirements into practical plans, materials, and controls for CASPs, VASPs, token issuers, and other digital-asset businesses outside the United States.

Qualifications

• Two to four years in digital-asset regulatory compliance or related roles.
• Hands-on experience supporting licensing or authorisation processes for CASPs/VASPs or token issuers.
• Experience with MiCA, VARA, ADGM FSRA, DFSA, or similar regimes is valuable.
• Ability to interpret regulation and map obligations to controls.

Responsibilities

• Deliver licensing and authorisation advisory projects for CASPs, VASPs, token issuers, and other digital-asset firms.
• Translate regulatory requirements into governance, AML/CFT, cybersecurity, and operational controls.
• Coordinate materials and responses for EU/UAE regulator processes.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, AML, product, and engineering teams to improve compliance tools.
