Job summary

Talent Shore Ltd. is seeking a Software Tester to ensure the quality of web-based applications across the development lifecycle.

You will collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to identify bugs and verify features in a fully remote environment. You will design and execute manual and automated test cases, perform various testing types, review requirements, and document results.

Qualifications

Experience in software quality assurance and testing of web-based applications.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Ability to read and understand PHP code.
Familiarity with SQL databases and basic queries.
Experience with Jira and test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr or similar).
Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, write, and execute manual and automated test cases
Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing
Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools such as Jira
Review product requirements and technical documentation to ensure test coverage
Work closely with developers to replicate and troubleshoot reported issues
Use browser developer tools to inspect, debug, and validate front-end behaviors
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software releases
Maintain and enhance test documentation, including test plans, cases, and reports
Provide feedback to improve usability, performance, and overall product quality
