Job summary

Delta Air Lines, Inc. is seeking a part-time, remote Digital Tools / Web Developer to lead web strategy and digital tools across the organization.

You will translate UI/UX designs into scalable web solutions, optimize site performance, and build digital campaign infrastructure to capture qualified leads and support revenue growth. You will collaborate with Global Sales and other divisions, implement analytics, manage WordPress-based sites, and ensure security and accessibility across devices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience combining front and back-end web development with digital performance marketing.
• Strong technical proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and WordPress CMS administration.
• Hands-on expertise managing technical SEO, keyword strategy, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
• Experience developing, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for lead generation.
• Ability to collaborate with global sales teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Web Development & Strategy: Manage, update, and optimize web properties (WordPress preferred). Write clean, optimized code.
• Website Security & Maintenance: Oversee routine website updates, plugin maintenance, backups, and security.
• SEO Optimization: Develop and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
• Paid Advertising (SEM): Build and scale Google Ads campaigns to support global sales.
• Conversion & Analytics: Implement lead capture, run A/B tests, track KPIs via Analytics.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve front- and back-end issues for speed and usability.
